NEW! Best Practices for 'Contact Info' 

  1. List appropriate department name (specific staff person if appropriate - limit to 1 person only).
  2. Don’t make people think: Avoid multiple email addresses and staff names. 1 email address only, we do the rest (redirect to appropriate staff person).
  3. CMS forms: Include the estimated turnaround time; Be concise; Limit form options to essential info only. 
  4. In most cases, the following contact information should always be provided together:
  • Department name/Contact Person
  • Email Address/alias*
  • Phone # & extension

*avoid using email addresses/Aliases based on vendor/software (eg. libiii@brocku.ca)
