Previous reading lists you've developed and that have been supported through the Library Course Reading Service will be available in Leganto and can be "rolled over" and reused (duplicated) for the current term (or the same list can support multiple courses/sections). Follow the steps below to use this method:
Select 'Course Readings (Leganto)' from the Course Tools menu.
Select the option to 'Create list from an existing list.'
You will see a list of previous reading lists you've created for previous courses. Select the desired list and select 'duplicate.'
Edit the name of the list so that it matches the current course code and name (You can also add a description). If you are re-using a list that is no longer in an active course, shareable links should redirect to the duplicated course ('yes' by default). If the list is still currently active in an active course, change this setting to 'no.'
Review the Advanced settings to select the information you would like copied from the previous list and what will be visible to students. Notes, Tags, Collaborators, and Syllabus are set by default).
The List will be in 'Draft.' To publish the list, select 'Library Review' in the top right hand corner.
The List will be sent to the Library for processing (we ensure all links are up-to-date, accessible, and copyright/fair dealing compliant). You will also have the option to immediately publish the list to your students, however only as items are processed will they become visible to students (unlimited ebooks and full-text articles are immediately (automatically) visible).
