You can get into all Library databases using your Brock portal login and password.
For help: Accessing Library Services from off campus
Use your Brock ID card to borrow items from most other Ontario university libraries (excepting University of Toronto). You can return items to any university library.
Find ebooks by searching Omni. Limit your search to Books and eBooks under Resource Type, then choose Available Online under Availability.
Use your local public library catalogue to search for books and request books through Interlibrary Loan. Your public library will also have access to several databases to search for articles.
To get an overview of your topic or find a definition, try some of the Library's online reference sources.
Try our e-reference guide or see the Theories/Theorists tab for more titles.
What if Brock does not have the item I need?
Use RACER (also known as Interlibrary Loan) to request it from another library! This service allows users to search in all Ontario university and worldwide libraries to place requests for items that Brock does not own.
First-time users need to register & create a PIN. More information here.
Have questions about library research but can't come into the Library? No problem!
You can:
Chat with a librarian online: Look for the chat box.
Take a look at a library research guide, like this one, the Graduate Education Research Guide.
