On May 20th, staff from across the Library created empathy maps. We sketched up profiles for Harvey the International Student, Agnes the Mature Student (with pearls), Agnes the Mature Student (without pearls), and Adrian the Student with a Disability. Groups identified insights, pains, and gaps in our knowledge about these user groups. Handout available here.
