A little about what I do:
As the Liaison Librarian for PSYC, CHYS, & ADST, I offer students and faculty research help to support the teaching, learning, and research goals you may have. This means:
I am sometimes a guest speaker in your classes; I teach class research workshops in the Library; I meet one-on-one or with small groups of students for in-depth research consultations; I collaborate with faculty to support their teaching needs for library materials; I meet with faculty & graduate students to support their research and publishing needs; I select & deselect titles to be added or withdrawn from the book & e-book collection; I help evaluate various subscriptions (databases & journals) to ensure the library resources are effectively supporting the curriculum; I develop online program and course guides (such as the ones listed below) as well as other online learning objects; I regularly communicate with departments to keep them up to date of library events, new additions to the collection, changes to resources, and other timely information about the library.
