The guide was created to support students in NUSC 1P30 complete their Comprehensive Health Assessment assignment.
There are 4 required elements to your assignment:
- Comprehensive Health History
- Review of Systems
- Functional Assessment and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Analysis
In the Analysis section of your assignment you are ask to:
- Analyze the data you obtained from the whole history and give your impression of the client’s overall health and well-being
- Identify two priority concerns/areas based on your collected information.
- Provide two health promotion plans or recommendations (one for each concern) relevant to the client (use journal articles and reliable, authentic sources).
In the assignment rubric you are required to use a minimum of 2-3 credible, scholarly, and authentic resources.
