While Brock University Library does not offer funding towards the cost of Article Processing Charges (APCs) when publishing open access, there are agreements between Brock University and some publishers that offer discounts.
We have entered into a type of agreement called 'transformative agreements' with various publishers. These agreements help faculty and graduate students at Brock publish open access with specific publishers at a discounted rate.
